Terms And Conditions (Wales)
These terms and conditions apply to all players registered with Onyelen Football Coaching whose details are submitted using our online registration form and/or who take part in any football activity with us. By submitting the registration form or allowing your child to take part in activities organised by Onyelen Football Coaching, you agree that you and your child will comply with these terms and conditions.
1) ABOUT US / HOW TO CONTACT US
1.1 Onyelen Football Coaching is a private, professional coaching company, run and organised by Onyelen Limited, a company registered in Wales, United Kingdom (company number 13795418). Our registered office is at Upper Tumble, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales, UK.
1.2 You can contact us at any time by sending an email to our customer service at info@onyelen.co.uk
1.3 If we must contact you, we will do so through the telephone number or email address which you provided to us when registering at www.onyelen.com
1.4 When you register with Onyelen Football Coaching, you are entering into an agreement and consent to abide by the terms and conditions that govern Onyelen Football Coaching.
1.5 Onyelen Football Coaching will focus on the needs of each player and create a safe, secure environment to develop their confidence, skills, techniques, fitness, and knowledge. They will unlock the secrets of playing football at a professional level and have the confidence to make mistakes comfortably and learn to correct them.
2) SECURING YOUR PLACE IN THE TRAINING
2.1 To take part in the training, you/your child will need to register on our website www.onyelen.com and complete our online registration form.
2.2 When we receive your/your child’s registration form and confirm your payment, your/your child’s place will be secure in our training sessions. We will confirm this by sending you confirmation via telephone/email.
2.3 After sending you the confirmation, if we decide that we cannot allow you/your child to attend the training sessions or for any reason outside our control the training must be cancelled, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and you will be refunded any future payments that you have made.
3) MEDICAL CONDITIONS/ALLERGIES
3.1 If you/your child have a medical condition/allergy or take any medication, it is your responsibility to inform us during our registration process. If you fail to inform us of this information, you accept and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any injury that you/your child receives during, or any exacerbation of any medical conditions you suffer because of your/their participation in the training/matches.
3.2 If you require medical attention during the training/matches, providing you have given us the appropriate information, you consent to us administering the necessary basic first aid treatment, which all our coaching staff are fully trained. Following this, it is your responsibility to seek further medical treatment if necessary.
3.3 You must ensure that you are healthy and without injury to participate fully in the training/matches and that you are physically fit to train, Onyelen Football Coaching will not be responsible for any injuries occurred within the training/matches.
4) LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU/YOUR CHILD
4.1 Except in respect of personal injury/death resulting from any negligence by our coaching staff or us, we will not be responsible in any way, we hereby exclude any liability of:
a) any illness suffered or injury sustained by you/your child or anyone accompanying you/your child whilst travelling to, during or after the training,
b) any loss or damage to any property belonging to you/your child during the training,
c) for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic, or consequential losses whatsoever,
d) any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement, or rearranging of a training, including but not limited to, any indirect or consequential losses or damage for travel and accommodation.
e) items broken, stolen, lost, or left behind at the training, nor shall we take any responsibility for such items.
5) FEES/PAYMENT
5.1 The fee for 6 months contract is £240 (two hundred and forty pounds) with 3 payment options:
a) Full payment of £240
b) 2 payments of £120
c) Monthly payments of £40
5.2 By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to the full 6-month contract and payment.
5.3 Payment for the training will be made directly to Onyelen Limited’s account, which will be provided to you. If you opt for the monthly payment, you will need to set up a standing order at the beginning of every month.
5.4 All training sessions must be paid for regardless of your/your child’s attendance. Fees are non-refundable in the event of your/your child’s absence.
5.5 Fees are non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather (in accordance with the FAW Safety Policy), issues we deem out of our control such as risks of health and safety to our players and coaches, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event outside our control. If such issues arise, we will do everything in our power to suggest an alternative solution.
6) REFUNDS/CANCELATIONS
6.1 By completing and submitting your registration form, and paying the selected fee, you agree that you are/your child is not entitled to a refund for the training, unless we cancel the whole 6 months training at short notice.
6.2 If, for any reason within our control, the 6 months training must be cancelled, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and you will be refunded any payment that you have made for future training sessions.
6.3 If there are insufficient applications for the training, we have the right to cancel the training. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund.
7) PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEOS / SOCIAL MEDIA
7.1 Onyelen Football Coaching provides professional coaching which requires the use of photographs, videos, and other such recordings, to track a player’s progress and to expose their talent. Therefore, we may take photographs, videos, audio, and other recordings of every player to assess their performance. You agree to the right, to use their name, photographs, videos, audio, and other recordings for our commercial purposes without any restrictions and compensation.
7.2 Onyelen Football Coaching believes that social media is a powerful platform to showcase talent and to track progress. You agree that when such information is posted on our social media platforms, that you will be respectful and considerate of the comments you will place online. It is against our policy to post comments that are/or perceived as offensive, insulting, abusive, threatening, racist and/or discriminatory to either players, coaching staff, officials, or other players. Any such comments on our social media platform may result in disciplinary action and could also lead to legal action being taken against those responsible.
8) CODE OF CONDUCT
At Onyelen Football Coaching, we believe that respect is vital to establish a strong training environment. We all have the responsibility to lead by example and to set a good example in and out of training. This in turn will create a positive environment for our players to get the most out of their training.
8.1 If you are under 18 years old, you will need to be accompanied to the training by an adult.
8.2 You must attend the training at the allocated time.
8.3 You must arrive at the training 10 minutes before your allocated time so that we can mark your attendance.
8.4 If you are late to the training, we hold the right to prevent you from participating in the training and entering the grounds.
8.5 All players must wear their allocated training kit to every training. If the weather requires further layers, appropriate kit will be given at further cost, as players safety and comfort is out priority. Additional kit will be available to purchase.
8.6 All players must wear appropriate football boots to every training, failure to do so, they will not be permitted to attend that training on that day.
8.7 You cannot enter the 3G pitch if you are not wearing the appropriate footwear.
8.8 You must not be disruptive, misbehave or show bad behaviour or attitude through the duration of the training, or encourage other participants to behave in such manner.
8.9 All players and accompanying adults must respect and obey the instructions from our coaching staff; failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the ground.
8.10 All accompanying adults must stay in the allocated spectator’s area and not enter the 3G pitch while the training is going ahead.
8.11 All players and accompanying adults must respect the training ground; any vandalism or damage will result in the cancellation of further training without refund, and Onyelen Limited will not be responsible to damaged caused by any player or accompanying adult. The appropriate authorities will be contacted if the relevant Council will deem this necessary.
9) OUR RIGHTS TO PREVENT YOU/YOUR CHILD FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING
We have the right to prevent you/your child from participating in the training if:
9.1 We believe that the reason for your training attendance may not be for demonstrating your football abilities.
9.2 You do not provide us with further information when asked, within a reasonable time before the training.
9.3 You do not comply with our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct.
9.4 You have suffered an injury or suffer from any medical condition which would exacerbate your symptoms or cause harm to you and other players.
10) DATA/PRIVACY
At Onyelen Football Coaching, we take privacy seriously, and we are committed to protecting it. The personal data that we would collect from you would be given to us voluntarily by you when registering with Onyelen Football Coaching. For us to keep your details protected, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) who are the UK’s data protection regulator.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point of time and suggest that you keep updated on such amendments.
