Coaching & Training
Training fees are non-refundable for sessions you do not attend. If we cancel training and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you’ll be refunded for any future sessions already paid for. If a programme cannot run due to insufficient numbers, we’ll offer you a full refund.

Event & Space Bookings
If we need to cancel your booking, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible.

Table Reservations
Table bookings are free to make and cancel. Please let us know in good time if your plans change.

Food & Drink
As food and drink are prepared fresh to order, they can’t be refunded once served — but if you’re unhappy with anything, tell our team straight away and we’ll put it right.
